Prepayment is required for Initial Private Pay PT Office and/or House-call visits and any  Packages. These are not refundable nor is any unused portion of your package refundable.  GPT is happy to assist you with rescheduling with 24hrs notice by calling (713) 489-9485. Attempts to reschedule or cancel with less than 24hrs notice will result in forfeit of your appointment and any pre-paid funds.
