Gail is simply the best. In the past, I’ve gone to the larger scale PT clinics a few times, but nothing compares to how much better I’ve been feeling since working one on one with Gail. She’s taught me how to understand my body in a new way through movement, and to unlearn the old habits that have been contributing to my neck pain. Her holistic approach and individualized attention is exactly what I needed, and I’m so lucky to have found her.

THE best!! I’ve been seeing Gail for over a year and she has helped me in many ways. One of my biggest concerns with my health has been Bell’s palsy. She has helped so much with my recovery. I walk out of her office feeling less tension in my face and mouth, and I have more movement in my face. What I didn’t realize before getting craniosacral (and maybe this is just with unicorn therapists like Gail), is that your entire body is addressed - not only your literal head. Trapped emotions/trauma can be released, digestive issues can be helped, and anxiety can improve, to name a few. Gail is the type of person that you feel instantly comfortable with - important when working so closely with someone. My nervous system has calmed and my overall health has improved since working with Gail. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot recommend Gail with Gentle Physical Therapy enough! After 30 years of seeking help for my physical issues stemming from multiple surgeries, I finally found a holistic physical therapist who truly understands my body and its needs. Unlike others I’ve encountered, she takes the time to listen and tailor her approach specifically for me. Her professionalism and extensive knowledge shine through in every session. I’ve experienced significant improvements under her care, and I am genuinely amazed at her skill and dedication. If you’re looking for someone who can make a real difference, Gail is the one to see! Exceptional Physical Therapist – A Lifeline for My Wife Gail has been an absolute blessing in my wife Susie’s life. Living with Multiple Sclerosis for many years, Susie’s mobility is crucial to her independence and well-being, and Gail has been arguably the most important part of making that possible. Her tremendous knowledge, combined with a deep and sincere passion for helping Susie, sets her apart. She is always encouraging, bringing a positive energy to every session. What truly stands out is her hands-on approach and constant introduction of new ideas tailored to Susie’s needs. She doesn’t just follow a routine—she innovates, adapts, and personalizes therapy in ways that make a real difference. We are incredibly grateful for Gail’s dedication, expertise, and unwavering support. She is not just a physical therapist—she is a true partner in Susie’s journey, and we couldn’t ask for anyone better. Thank you, Gail, for everything you do!

The only reason that way doing five stars is because there’s no possibility to do six stars. This is the most wonderful person as a person and her knowledge is beyond question the best PT I’ve ever had in 20+ years of multiple sclerosis. She’s very reliable, very thoughtful and really cares about our patients. Our knowledge of the physiological part of bodies is more than most doctors. I highly highly recommend trying to get on her schedule.

I have done all kinds of healing therapies, and Cranial Sacral with Gail is one of my favorites. I look forward to the treatments and feel great afterward. Gail is a great listener and really know how to read the bodies signals, and help you get out of pain and disfunction. She really is a body movement specialist.

I have been working with Gail for several months now. I've never met anyone as knowledgeable about the human body and how it moves. And how to regain that movement!! I have worked with other trainers as well as other PTs. Gail does indeed provide a gentle therapy and I have been able to achieve more movement with more control and less pain than ever before. I tell her that she has changed my life because she truly has.
