Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens! To help us honor everyone’s appointment time, please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. We will charge late cancellations to your card or deduct them from your package, except in cases of sudden illness, contagious conditions, or unexpected medical emergencies.
We appreciate your understanding that after two consecutive late cancellations, the full appointment fee will apply to any additional late cancellation, regardless of reason.
