Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
In order to stay in business and be here for you, it is a reality that Gentle Physical Therapy, LLC needs to charge for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. Your card will be automatically charged, or your package debited (excluding true illness). If you are running late, please text, and we will use the remaining time to have a great session!
