Prepayment is required for Initial Private Pay PT Office and/or House-call visits and any Packages. These are not refundable, nor is any unused portion of your package refundable. GPT is happy to assist you with rescheduling with 24 hours ‘ notice by calling (713) 489-9485. Attempts to reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your appointment and any prepaid funds. Packages will be deducted for missed appointments or late cancellations.
