Cancellation and No-Show PolicyWe value your time and appreciate your commitment to your care. We require prepayment for initial private-pay physical therapy appointments and treatment packages. Prepaid services and packages are nonrefundable, including unused sessions, subject to applicable law.We understand that plans sometimes change! Please call or text
(713) 489-9485 at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will result in forfeiture of the prepaid appointment fee or a charge to your card for the full scheduled appointment amount. This missed-appointment fee is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.We may make exceptions for sudden illness, contagious conditions, or unexpected medical emergencies. After two consecutive late cancellations, the full appointment fee will generally apply to subsequent late cancellations, with exceptions considered at our discretion.Running late?
