Gail Cerruti, Physical Therapist, CranioSacral Therapy
Hello and welcome! My name is Gail Cerruti, and I am very passionate about helping clients identify the root cause of their movement dysfunction and working from the ground up to eliminate it. I created Gentle Physical Therapy, LLC in Katy, Texas, to provide a unique offering that combines my holistic background with traditional physical therapy.
I received my Master’s in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 1995 and obtained my Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification in 1997.
Incorporating a holistic mindset into my scientific background, I became a Usui Reiki Master and an experienced Upledger CranioSacral practitioner.
I understand that function is at the heart of all we do, so I earned a Functional Movement System certification to offer testing to identify what areas of the body are at risk of injury or need the most focus.
In 2016, I became a Certified GYROTONIC® trainer, bringing a very unique and beneficial exercise method to my clients. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2023 to supplement my movement education offerings and continue my lifelong learning journey.
