Gail is very passionate about helping clients identify the root cause of their movement dysfunction and eliminating it.  She created Gentle Physical Therapy in the Katy Fulshear area of Texas to provide a unique offering that combines her holistic background with traditional physical therapy.

She received her Masters in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 1995 and obtained her Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification in 1997.  

Incorporating a holistic mindset to her scientific background, she became an Usui Reiki Master and an experienced Upledger CranioSacral practitioner for adults and children.

Gail understands function is at the heart of all we do and she became Functional Movement System certified to identify and problem solve movement dysfunction.

Gail became a Certified GYROTONIC® trainer in 2016, bringing a truly unique and beneficial exercise  method to her clients and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2023 to further supplement her movement education offerings.
